Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of venholt.com and the Venholt member service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Venholt provides software to configure AI investing workflows, view portfolio analytics based on information you provide, receive alerts, and get human setup support. Venholt is not a broker-dealer, bank or custodian and does not hold your funds or securities, which remain with your broker.

2. No investment advice

Setup support is technical assistance only. Unless and until Venholt offers adviser services under a separate written agreement, nothing on Venholt is personalized investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Feature availability

Broker connections and trade execution are available only after a connection is verified and you explicitly activate it. Approval mode is the default. Automatic execution, when offered, operates only within limits you authorize. Integration labels on the site describe current status and may change.

4. Risk

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Automated and AI-assisted decisions can be wrong. Past performance, backtests, paper-trading results and third-party anecdotes do not predict future results. Venholt makes no promise of returns.

5. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Keep your login secure. Never share broker passwords or verification codes with Venholt or anyone else.

6. Membership and billing

The membership is $199 per month under a twelve-month commitment. A 30-day free period begins when your setup is complete; monthly payments begin after the free period. This is not a cancel-anytime plan. Exact start, first-charge and term-end dates, and the final membership agreement, are presented for your acceptance before any charge. Paid membership is not yet open.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data, interfere with security, or use Venholt for unlawful purposes.

8. Your data

You own the information you provide. You grant Venholt permission to process it to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third parties

Brokers and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Venholt is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, Alpaca, Interactive Brokers or The Economist.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Venholt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for investment losses arising from your decisions or third-party systems. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Venholt in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account by contacting us; any membership commitment terms apply.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. Material changes will be communicated to members.
