How it works

Six steps from signup to activation.

Each step has a clear status and next action. Readiness is never presented as a verified broker connection.
  1. 01

    Create an account

Sign up and confirm your email. Your progress saves, so you can continue on any device.

  2. 02

    Choose a trading platform

Pick a supported broker — or tell us you haven't chosen one yet.

  3. 03

    Complete setup

Follow the broker's official guide. Identity checks happen directly with the broker; we never ask for passwords or verification codes.

  4. 04

    Upload or connect a portfolio

Start with a CSV upload or manual entry. Each upload is saved as a dated snapshot.

  5. 05

    Configure preferences

Set allowed assets, allocation boundaries, maximum order size, cash reserve and review cadence.

  6. 06

    Activate when available

Once a connection is verified for your broker, you choose to activate it.

How AI research and analysis work

Venholt analyzes your holdings against the rules you set — allocation, concentration and limits. Market-based insights appear only when fresh market data is available. AI can be wrong; every output is a starting point for your judgment.

Approval mode vs. automatic mode

Approval mode (the default) means every trade proposal waits for your explicit OK. Automatic mode, when activated, executes only within explicit limits you authorize. Automatic execution is not available yet.

What human setup support includes

Help choosing a platform, walking through broker setup, importing your portfolio and configuring preferences. It is technical help — not investment advice.

Where your money stays

Your funds and securities remain at your broker, in your name. Venholt never holds your assets.

Limits and risks

Automated investment decisions can lose money. Past results, backtests or anecdotes don't predict future returns. Venholt does not promise performance.
